By using relaxation, improvisation and creative methods, I create a safe space for play, communication and getting to know yourself and others. Here colleagues can see each other from a different angle, step out of their usual professional roles, open up to spontaneity and creativity. This is a unique experience because I pay a lot of attention to emotional safety, relaxation and real connection between people - things that are often forgotten in everyday work environments, but are essential for a strong team.
