Novel „Apsyche“
"Apsyche" is the first and so far only book by Elžbieta Latėnaitė, which the author published when she was just 22! It consists of the novel "Apsyche" and five short stories. The main character, Apsichė, is a child of people, a lover of life. She tests the possibilities of her body, feelings, and mind, not avoiding drastic extremes: from the stage, the market, sex work - to silent stoneness, when life is observed for many years while lurking under the concrete floor at the shop window.
